- 1 large size carrot
- 6-7 pieces strawberry
- 8-10 pieces grapes
- 1 tea spoon lemon juice
- 1/2 tea spoon jeera,black pepper powder black salt & mint powder
- 1/2 inch piece ginger & some seeds for garnish
Steps to make Smoothie
- Peel & chopped carrot & beetroot. Grind it, now add grapes, strawberry,ginger & dry spices.
